What You'll Do
- Collaborative Care: Work closely with the Lead Teacher to provide attentive and loving care, ensuring every child’s physical, emotional, and developmental needs are met.
- Curriculum & Activity Support: Assist with implementing age-appropriate, hands-on activities that promote sensory exploration, motor skills, language acquisition, and social interaction.
- Sanctuary Maintenance: Help maintain a clean, safe, and beautifully organized "home-away-from-home" that adheres to strict health, safety, and progress reports
- Continuous Learning: Participate actively in professional development, training sessions, and team meetings to enhance your skills in early childhood excellence.
- Professional Competencies: Proactive self-starter who demonstrates a continuous growth mindset, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to process improvement.
- Educational Background: A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent is required, although some college coursework and/or an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience working with children in a licensed childcare or early childhood setting is preferred. Knowledge of interactive, hands-on, or technology-focused educational frameworks is a strong plus.
- Team Spirit: A collaborative mindset and the ability to seamlessly take direction from the Lead Teacher while bringing your own passion to the classroom.
- Heart & Soul: Deep patience, compassion, and a genuine interest in supporting the growth and evening care of our students.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to engage in the standing, bending, and lifting required to keep our students safe, engaged, and supported.
- Essentials: First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) and the ability to pass all required background clearances.
- Shift: Consistent coverage for our 2nd shift. Options include:
- Full-Time / Part-Time: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
- Part-Time: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM.

Salary : $15 - $18
