Dream Clean Car Wash is a quickly expanding car wash chain in the Chicagoland area. We pride ourselves on providing our customers with an incredible wash at a great price. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Detailer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Operations
- Complete all required onboarding and training programs
- Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of vehicle interiors and exteriors with strong attention to detail
- Maintain high standards of quality and efficiency in all detailing tasks
- Build and maintain a thorough knowledge of detailing procedures, supplies, chemicals, and equipment.
Customer Experience
- Serve as a frontline representative of the Dream Team, delivering a positive and professional customer experience
- Strive to achieve 100% customer satisfaction in every interaction
Facility Maintenance
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
- Pick up litter and dispose of waste properly
- Empty trash receptacles regularly
- Clean and restock bathrooms as needed
- Ensure lawn and landscaping areas remain neat and visually appealing
- Assist with tunnel cleaning, routine maintenance, and upkeep to ensure safe and efficient operation of equipment
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
