Responsibilities
- Assess and identify the specific needs of students requiring intervention support.

- Provide one-on-one tutoring and small group instruction to enhance student learning outcomes.
- Integrate intervention strategies into classroom instruction.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a positive learning environment.
- Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) to track student progress and document interventions.
- Engage in curriculum development to create resources that meet diverse learning needs.
- Offer academic advising and support for students navigating their educational paths.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance, interventions, and progress reports.
Experience
- Experience working with students in an educational setting, preferably tutoring, small group instruction or coaching
- Strong background in tutoring and classroom management techniques.
- Familiarity with student support and goals plans
- Experience in developing curriculum materials tailored to diverse learners is highly desirable.
