Position Overview:
The Marketing and Events Coordinator will play a critical role in enhancing our brand presence, hosting events that bring our community together, and engaging customers through creative marketing campaigns. This is a dynamic, fast-paced, and hands-on position for someone who thrives on executing ideas and building meaningful connections.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote Dreadnought’s beers, events, and overall brand.
- Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and analyze performance metrics.
- Design promotional materials, including flyers, posters, and email newsletters.
- Collaborate with local businesses and organizations to build partnerships.
Events Coordination:
- Plan, organize, and execute in-house and external events such as trivia nights, live music, and community celebrations.
- Take the lead in hosting events to ensure smooth execution and a welcoming atmosphere for attendees.
- Coordinate logistics, vendor arrangements, and promotional activities for events.
- Ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for attendees and participants.
Brand Management:
- Uphold Dreadnought Brewing’s brand values and image across all touchpoints.
- Maintain a consistent tone and style in all communications.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in marketing, event planning, or a related field.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity and ability to generate fresh ideas.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and marketing tools.
