The Role
We are hiring an entry- to mid-level Social Media Marketing Coordinator who is ready to own outcomes, not just post content.
This role blends strategy, execution, lead generation, and follow-through. You will be responsible for social media content, seminar promotion, lead engagement, lead calls, and supporting conversion workflows, while protecting SIM’s voice, standards, and reputation.

Key Responsibilities
You will be expected to:
- Own and execute a consistent social media content calendar
- Film, edit, and publish short-form video content
- Write clear, compliant, and on-brand captions
- Be comfortable on camera and coach providers and team members on camera
- Research trends and apply them strategically and intentionally
- Promote seminars with strong calls to action and follow-up strategy
- Travel to seminar venues, events, and off-site locations as needed
- Support lead follow-up workflows in collaboration with the clinic and marketing team
- Track metrics, analyze performance, and continuously optimize results
- Uphold SIM’s brand voice, professionalism, and patient-first standards
This role requires flexibility, initiative, and comfort working both in-clinic and in the field.
