We are seeking a professional, bilingual Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our South Miami office. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, client-focused, and able to manage confidential documents and communications with professionalism and care. The right candidate will be polished, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
What You Will Do:
- Welcome visitors and manage front desk responsibilities.
- Answer and direct incoming calls.

Take organized notes during calls with prospective and new clients.
- Schedule appointments, calls, and meetings with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Create invoices and assist with administrative billing support.
- Scan, organize, file, and maintain confidential client documents.
- Perform data entry using Microsoft Office and related office software.
- Track documents mailed out from the office and maintain related records.
- Work collaboratively with the team while also taking ownership of assigned responsibilities independently.
What We Are Looking For:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and complete tasks thoroughly.
- Prior experience in an administrative, receptionist, front desk, or office support would be ideal.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and general office systems.
