What You’ll Be Responsible For
Own the Front Desk
- Be the first and last impression for every patient—set the tone, control the flow
- Manage a high-volume, multi-line phone system without falling behind
- Check patients in and out quickly, accurately, and confidently
- Keep the schedule moving by coordinating with clinical staff in real time
- Complete fast, accurate, and thorough patient intake every time
- Verify and update demographics, insurance, and documentation without errors
- Ensure patients are fully ready before they reach the clinical team
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance at all times
- Verify eligibility, benefits, and coverage efficiently
- Clearly communicate copays, expectations, and next steps to patients
- Address questions and concerns with confidence—not guesswork
- Escalate issues appropriately while keeping operations moving
- Maintain clean, accurate, and audit-ready patient records
- Scan and upload documentation in real time—not at the end of the day
- Balance multiple priorities without losing attention to detail
- 2 years of front office or intake experience (required)
- Ability to multitask at a high level without errors
- Strong sense of urgency and personal accountability
- Confident communicator who can manage patient expectations professionally
- Thick skin, positive attitude, and the ability to stay composed under pressure
