We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our healthcare team in Minocqua, WI. Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations to determine functional limitations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, exercise programs, and modalities
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and wellness strategies
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with regulatory standards
- Ensure adherence to clinic policies, safety protocols, and ethical standards
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Doctor or Master of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program
- Active Wisconsin Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Strong clinical reasoning and patient care skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
