Responsibilities
- Monitor and communicate with customers for daily orders.
- Coordinate with team the daily repair orders.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies.
- Manage existing client accounts while proactively identifying new business opportunities through outside sales efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service and ongoing support.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine sales tactics and marketing campaigns for maximum impact.
Skills
- Proven ability in negotiation, account management, and B2B sales with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
- Strong communication skills to effectively present products, conduct product demos, and articulate technical information clearly.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple accounts, schedules, and sales pipelines efficiently.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams or lead outside sales initiatives independently.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office including Word for documentation and PowerPoint for presentations.
- Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
- Experience in the Automotive industry preferred.
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
