We are seeking a Driver to join our team. The Driver is responsible for transporting construction materials and equipment to and from job sites, ensuring timely and safe delivery. Adheres to traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while maintaining professionalism and efficiency in daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Minimum:
Heavy work environment. Continuous indoor and outdoor work with heavy exposure to extreme physical, ergonomic, and/or emotional hazardous environment. Work requires lifting 50 pounds or more and wearing protective equipment; exposure to extreme weather, noise, hazard; requiring climbing, crawling, lying, and working under pressure.

We are seeking a Driver to join our team. The Driver is responsible for transporting construction materials and equipment to and from job sites, ensuring timely and safe delivery. Adheres to traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while maintaining professionalism and efficiency in daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operates various trucks, including flatbeds and dump trucks, to transport construction materials and equipment.
- Adheres to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to ensure secure and efficient transportation.
- Conducts pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles and cargo, reporting any mechanical issues or concerns.
- Assists with loading and unloading materials, using appropriate equipment and techniques to prevent damage.
- Maintains accurate records of deliveries, tool inventory, and vehicle maintenance logs.
- Communicates effectively with warehouse personnel, field teams, and clients to coordinate deliveries.
- Ensures the proper securing of cargo to prevent shifting or damage during transit.
- Performs basic truck maintenance and minor repairs as needed to keep vehicles in good working condition.
- Works in various weather conditions while maintaining efficiency and adherence to safety protocols.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a truck driver, preferably in construction or logistics.
- Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or relevant certifications.
- Experience with transporting construction materials and equipment.
- Familiarity with electronic logging devices (ELDs) and GPS navigation systems.
- Strong knowledge of load-securing techniques and weight distribution principles.
- OR an equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience that results in the successful performance of the job. Additional education may substitute for required experience on one-for-one year basis or vice versa.
- Knowledge of traffic laws, transportation regulations, and industry safety standards.
- Knowledge of basic truck maintenance procedures and minor repair techniques.
- Skill in operating trucks of various sizes and types, including maneuvering in challenging environments.
- Skill in performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
- Ability to effectively communicate with team members, warehouse staff, and clients regarding deliveries and schedules.
- Ability to secure and handle cargo properly to prevent damage and ensure safe transport.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions and perform physical tasks, including lifting and unloading heavy materials.
