What is an Inside Sales Representative?
The Inside Sales professional is responsible for coordinating the procurement, assembly, maintenance, distribution, and documentations related to customer property and new sale item inventory.
In this role, you will:
- Generate work and sales orders for new equipment, ensuring equipment meets customer specification and delivery time
- Coordinate delivery of field services with appropriate service staff
- Review quotes to determine equipment needs and prepare Engineer Work Requests (EWR) for part numbers as required
- Complete purchase requisitions to ensure timely receipt of equipment
- Initiate and assist with the investigation of Field Non-Conformances (FNCR’s)
- Prepare customer property, receiving documents, work orders and maintenance journals
- Communicate with the customer as required
- Support and promote core values and participate in the organization’s continual improvement program
- Adhere to established systems, process, and procedures for new equipment sales and CP operations at assigned branch
- Comply with all safety, health, environmental and quality management system requirements policies and procedures relevant to the position
- Track customer frac, workover, drilling and completion work to ensure the correct product and service is delivered on schedule
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required and Preferred Experience:
- 5 years of experience working with wellhead or frac equipment
- 5 years of software knowledge for the management of business processes, such as SAP, JD Edwards, etc.
- Understand materials, methods, and the tools involved in the machining, welding, and assembly of API 6A valves and wellhead components
- Navigate Microsoft Office products
- Understand engineering drawings and specifications of components and assemblies to ensure producers conform to all requirements
- Read and write the English language
- Work basic office equipment
- Excellent organizational skills
Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
- Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear
- Operate, handle, and lift shop equipment and tools
- Lift materials and products up to 50 lbs. (SEF Energy employees shall not manually lift an item weighing more than 50 lbs., they shall utilize mechanical assistance devices. If mechanical assistance devices are not available, utilize a team lift.)
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
