This individual will be responsible for managing assigned customer accounts, preparing quotes, and ensuring timely delivery of parts. This position will require occasional travel (less than 20%) to support customer relationships or site visits and will participate in a rotating on-call schedule with the rest of the team to ensure after-hours customer support is maintained.
