REPORTS TO: Manager of Business Services/Assistant Superintendent for Business
HOURS: 12-month position (2,080 hours), Mon.-Fri., 7:30 A.M. - 4:00 P.M.
(Work Hours/Days may be adjusted during certain summer months)
Job Summary
STARTING SALARY/BENEFITS: $20.50 per hour starting salary; compensation to be determined upon consideration of experience in the role regarding previous job duties; Other benefits, such as paid holidays, vacation days, health insurance, and life insurance.

Job Summary
- Matches invoices to purchase orders; input payment information into financial software; balance invoice amounts to trial balance report and create voucher.
- Prepares the Accounts Payable report for the Board agenda packet of materials.
- Reviews vendor statements to assure accounts are up to date.
- Assists schools and other departments with questions regarding purchase orders, and appropriate use of account numbers.
- Maintains vendor register and accounts payable files.
- Resolves questions relating to invoices through correspondence and/or telephone calls.
- Assists in maintaining a fixed asset list for insurance and audit purposes.
- Provides information and financial reports to auditors.
- Assists with annual 1099 processing
- Enters fees in fee collection software system
- Gathers information and prepares reports for collective bargaining for certified and non-certified personnel, as requested
- Assists the Assistant Superintendent for Business/CSBO and the Manager of Business Services in the preparation of reports, correspondence, and the filing of various documents
- Assists in the preparation and maintenance of department files and records
- Performs all other tasks as directed by theAssistant Superintendent for Business/CSBO and/or the Manager of Business Services .
