Support technology systems, hardware, and software across the school district.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Have 3 or more years of experience in an educational technology role (or similar experience)
Performance Responsibilities
- Repairs the district's computers, printers, projectors, tablets, and related hardware in an effective and efficient manner.
- Processes warranty and other third-party repairs.
- Handles technology work orders as assigned.
- Manages inventory for replacement parts and supplies
- Assists school staff with troubleshooting.
- Communicates with staff as needed.
- Supports a wide variety of operational technology, including access control systems, intercom systems, phone systems, printing systems, audiovisual systems, and visitor management systems
- Supports our mobile device management systems for MacOS, iPadOS, and ChromeOS
- Provides support, assistance, and serves as a backup to Level 1 Technicians
- Transports technology equipment when necessary.
- Completes other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
