Account Service Representative
DHPP, a custom plastics manufacturing company in Dover, Ohio, is looking for an Account Service Representative to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who's organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys being the go-to point of contact for customers.
About the Role:
As an Account Service Representative, you'll serve as the main point of contact between our customers and our shop floor — managing orders, answering questions, and making sure our customers get accurate information and timely updates on their parts.
What You'll Do:
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts, handling day-to-day communication
- Process customer orders, quotes, and purchase orders accurately and efficiently
- Track order status and proactively communicate updates, lead times, or delays to customers
- Coordinate with production, scheduling, and shipping to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly and on time
- Resolve customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records in our system (Epicor experience a plus)
- Support pricing, invoicing, and general account maintenance as needed
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple accounts and priorities at once
- Customer service or account management experience preferred
- Manufacturing, plastics, or industrial industry experience a plus
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook); Epicor experience a plus
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
