Role Description The Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dover, OH, responsible for managing and expanding customer relationships for high-performance plastic solutions. Day-to-day tasks include serving as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, responding to inquiries, and ensuring timely resolution of customer issues. The role involves preparing quotes, tracking orders, and coordinating closely with production, engineering, and logistics to meet delivery and quality expectations. The Account Manager will monitor account performance, analyze sales data, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate CRM records, participating in customer visits and calls, supporting contract negotiations, and collaborating with internal teams on continuous improvement initiatives and customer satisfaction efforts.
Qualifications
