Dover Behavioral Health System is a 104-bed, acute care psychiatric hospital located in the beautiful Dover, Delaware area. Dover Behavioral Health System features individual units for adolescents and adults and offers inpatient acute care, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs. Essential Job Duties:
- Clean in-patient and non-patient areas using proper supplies and equipment
- Remove trash and waste from designated areas of facility
- Make beds correctly and remove and replace linens, placing in designated storage area for laundering
- Maintain facility and furnishings in clean, orderly fashion, including dusting furniture, cleaning windows, keeping bathrooms clean and supplies replenished
- Follow hospital safety regulations when operating department equipment
Other Duties and Responsibilities:
- Will adhere to all safety policies and safe work practice
- Will adhere to all hospital policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Exhibit Service Excellence and support facility internal and external customer service standards.
Physical and Mental Requirements:
Must be able to exert up to 20 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 lbs. of force frequently, and occasionally exert up to 50 lbs. of force.
