Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and excellence
- Lead, coach, and develop front-of-house staff and management team
- Create exceptional guest experiences by engaging with customers and building loyalty
- Maintain high standards of service, hospitality, and cleanliness
- Manage staff scheduling, labor costs, and inventory control
- Monitor financial performance, including sales, costs, and profitability
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to support growth and development
- Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally and effectively
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health regulations
- Minimum 2 years of General Manager or senior restaurant management experience in a full-service setting
- 3 years of serving and/or bartending experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams
