Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary Commission Bonus Opportunities

Licensing: Active NY Property & Casualty License is essential.

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in commercial lines account management or a similar role. Familiar with EZlynx

Expertise: Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and services.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.

Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a solution-oriented mindset.

Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and foster a positive work environment.

Client Management: Build and sustain strong relationships with both existing and potential commercial clients.

Account Servicing: Handle day-to-day service needs of assigned accounts, including coverage reviews and policy changes.

Issue certificates of insurance.

Complete commercial applications.

Quoting and Proposals: Prepare detailed proposals and quotes customized to client needs.

Claim Assistance: Act as a liaison for clients when filing claims, ensuring prompt and efficient processing.

Policy Review: Conduct thorough policy reviews to enhance coverage while identifying potential risks.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with underwriters and other team members to ensure client satisfaction and service quality.

Market Research: Stay informed of industry trends and updates to provide knowledgeable service to clients.
