Requirements
Experience in commercial insurance or account management (minimum 2 years preferred).
Understanding of commercial insurance products and terminology.
Proficiency with agency management systems (AMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Responsibilities
Support Account Managers in servicing a portfolio of commercial insurance clients.
Prepare renewal proposals, endorsement requests, and other client documents.
Process policy changes, endorsements, and cancellations accurately.
Act as a liaison between clients, carriers, and Account Managers, responding to inquiries promptly.
Assist with claims processing and follow-up.
Maintain client files and ensure all documentation is current and organized.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team atmosphere.
