WHAT ARE THE HOURS?
The position is full-time, running from Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM, and requires reporting to a central location before heading to job sites.
WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?
As our Plumbing and Heating Construction Installer, you'll start your day at our central location before heading to job sites. You'll perform underground, rough, and finish plumbing for remodels and new builds, install full systems and fixtures, coordinate with GCs and inspectors, and ensure every detail matches the quoted scope. From testing and commissioning to customer walkthroughs, you own the job from start to finish, delivering quality work that stands the test of time.

- 3 years of residential plumbing and remodel installation experience
- Experience installing heating systems
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Own a full set of personal hand tools
- Proven ability to install sold jobs and commission systems
- Physical capability for lifting, ladder work, and confined spaces
Preferred qualifications include a licensed Journeyman plumber or advanced apprentice with over three years of experience, proficiency in plumbing and heating commissioning, advanced skills in ServiceTitan or similar software, and experience in coordinating remodels and mentoring crews.
