THE TYPE OF LICENSED PLUMBING TECHNICIAN WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're searching for someone who can meet the following qualifications:
- Valid Massachusetts Journeyman and/or Master plumbing license
- 2 years of field experience in plumbing systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Working knowledge of current code requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with power tools and safe work practices
- Ability to work independently or as part of a crew
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification and experience in ServiceTitan or similar dispatch software is preferred.
WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR LICENSED PLUMBING TECHNICIAN
This is a full-time plumber position, and all licensed technicians participate in the on-call rotation regardless of department.
In this plumber role, you'll start your day equipped and ready, handling residential service calls where you diagnose issues, perform repairs or installations, and ensure every job meets code and exceeds expectations. You'll communicate clearly with homeowners, manage quotes and invoices through ServiceTitan, document your work accurately, and follow up to ensure each customer feels confident in the solution you delivered, all while representing a company that values your skill and professionalism.
