- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience, empathy, and proactive solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate reservation records, room assignments, and billing information while adhering to phone etiquette standards.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs promptly.
- Conduct night audits when scheduled, verifying daily financial transactions and ensuring accuracy in all records.
- Promote hotel amenities and services to enhance the guest experience while fostering positive guest relations.
- Uphold security protocols by monitoring access points and ensuring safety procedures are followed at all times.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Multilingual skills or bilingual proficiency are advantageous for communicating with diverse guests.
- Familiarity with hotel management systems, multi-line phone systems, and night audit procedures is a plus.
