Hotel Housekeeper

DoubleTree by Hilton is looking for dependable, energetic, and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our team!

What You'll Do

As a Housekeeper, you will:

• Clean and prepare guest rooms to meet DoubleTree by Hilton cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Make beds and replace linens and towels with fresh, properly presented items.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, guest room surfaces, and high-touch areas.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop assigned areas.
• Restock guest room amenities and supplies so every room is ready for arrival.
• Inspect your work and make sure every room is clean, comfortable, and guest-ready.
• Identify and report maintenance concerns, damaged items, or anything that could negatively impact the guest experience.
• Respond professionally and courteously when interacting with guests.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, equipment, and supplies in a clean and organized manner.
• Follow all hotel safety, sanitation, security, and cleaning procedures.
• Work together with Housekeeping, Front Desk, Engineering, and other departments to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

What We're Looking For

Experience is great, but attitude and dependability matter just as much.

• Previous hotel housekeeping, residential cleaning, or custodial experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Positive attitude and willingness to help your teammates.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment.
• Ability to follow established cleaning procedures and quality standards.
• Friendly and professional when interacting with guests and coworkers.
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks associated with cleaning guest rooms.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items associated with normal housekeeping duties.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as business needs require.
• Successful completion of required pre-employment screening.
