Responsibilities

- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while ensuring accuracy in guest reservations.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly, providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to assist guests effectively.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Address any guest complaints or issues with professionalism and resolve them to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest services and operations.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
Experience
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette and guest relations.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing the ability to serve diverse clientele.
- Familiarity with hotel management software is advantageous but not required; training will be provided.
