- Take accurate food and drink orders .
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner, ensuring proper presentation.
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, adhering to food handling standards.
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables efficiently throughout service.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, providing excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery of orders.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, utilizing basic math skills for payments.
Skills
