Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Front Desk Supervisor to join our amazing Doubletree by Hilton Princeotn. The key responsibility of this position is to oversee the front desk operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and a thorough understanding of hospitality management. This role is vital in ensuring guest satisfaction, smooth daily operations, and maintaining the high standards of our establishment. The Front Desk Supervisor will serve as the primary point of contact for guests and staff, fostering a welcoming environment and ensuring efficient service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise front desk staff to ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes
  • Manage guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and courtesy
  • Oversee reservation systems, including multi-line phone systems and guest booking platforms
  • Train and mentor front desk team members on hotel procedures, customer service, and phone etiquette
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs
  • Handle night audit procedures and ensure accurate financial transactions
  • Maintain guest relations by providing personalized service to enhance guest experience
  • Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with hotel policies and standards
  • Assist in resolving guest issues promptly to uphold guest satisfaction and loyalty

Skills

  • Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Multilingual skills or bilingual proficiency are highly desirable for effective guest interactions
  • Knowledge of hotel management software and multi-line phone systems
  • Ability to handle night audit procedures efficiently
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with resort or hotel environments and guest relations best practices
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
