Pay & Schedule
- $19–$21 per hour based on experience
- Full-time PM shifts
- Weekend and holiday availability required
- Consistent scheduling and team-oriented environment
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, presentation standards, and food safety guidelines
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and timely ticket execution during service
- Assist with prep work, inventory rotation, and kitchen closing procedures
- Follow all health, sanitation, and safety standards
- Work collaboratively with the culinary and front-of-house teams to deliver an excellent guest experience
What We’re Looking For
- Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Reliable attendance and positive attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
