In this role, you will support daily operations by ensuring dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen areas are cleaned and ready for use. Responsibilities- Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment
- Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of dish area, sinks, countertops, and kitchen support spaces
- Assist with trash removal, recycling, and general kitchen cleanup as needed
- Organize and restock clean items for kitchen and service staff
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house team members
- Support additional kitchen tasks as assigned by management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and detail
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items commonly found in a kitchen setting
- Previous kitchen or cleaning experience is helpful, but not required
