Your impact Assemble products to spec using routings, blueprints, and engineering documentation.Detect and escalate defective materials or equipment issues promptly.Partner with peers and support groups to resolve production challenges.Keep your station organized and safety-compliant.Follow company, safety, and quality procedures at all times.Perform other related duties as needed. What you bring High school diploma or GED.Foundational mechanical aptitude; proficient with hand and power tools.Assembly/manufacturing background preferred.Clear, accurate execution of written and verbal work instructions.Comfort with basic math, measuring, and mechanical principles.Ability to read and interpret assembly technical drawings.Flexibility to work overtime when required.
