Electromechanical Wiring Technician Picture your day starting at 6:00am in Mansfield, MA. You review the day’s work orders, pull the right tools and components, and dive into precise point-to-point wiring guided by schematics and wiring diagrams. You’ll assemble subassemblies and final units, bring them to life through functionality tests, and dial them in with final calibrations. Along the way, you may verify a teammate’s build against drawings to ensure everything meets company and customer standards. What you’ll do Assemble parts/components following company instructions and documented procedures.Complete final assembly, perform functionality testing, and carry out final calibrations.Inspect and test peers’ work to confirm conformance with company and customer drawings.Use schematics and other technical documentation to plan and sequence operations.Review work orders, product specs, and technical instructions; requisition tools, equipment, and supplies to hit production goals. What you bring At least 2 years of related electrical assembly experience.Hands-on skill with point-to-point wiring, reading blueprints/schematics, and soldering.High School Diploma or an equivalent mix of education and experience.Excellent manual dexterity for working with small parts.
