Duties
- Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Handle cash accurately through cash handling procedures and basic math calculations.
- Upsell menu items to increase sales and enhance customer experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment following food safety standards.
- Assist with food safety practices including proper food handling, sanitation, and serving protocols.
- Manage bussing duties by clearing tables promptly and efficiently.
- Support kitchen operations by assisting with food preparation and ensuring timely delivery of orders.
- Follow all safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for team members and guests.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or retail environments such as fast food stores, restaurants, grocery stores or cafes is preferred but not required.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and sales transactions.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work efficiently in a quick service & fast food restaurant setting under pressure.
- Food safety certification or willingness to obtain training upon hire is preferred.
- Capable of multitasking with good time management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
