Momma's Soft Pretzels is coming to Knoxville! We're a family-owned business that has been serving fresh, hand-rolled soft pretzels at our Pennsylvania location for more than 12 years, and we're excited to open our newest location at Kern's Food Hall. We're expecting a late October/early November open.

We're building our Knoxville team from the ground up and looking for people who are friendly, dependable, eager to learn, and genuinely enjoy providing great customer service.

What you'll do:

You'll learn every part of the pretzel-making process from prepping food and rolling dough to serving our products. Team members will also take customer orders, keep the stand clean and organized, and help create a welcoming experience for every customer.

Roles fluctuate as needed, so you can expect to work at various stations in the stand.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform the physical tasks required in a fast-paced food-service environment
• Able to safely lift and move heavier supplies/equipment as needed
• Available for a combination of shifts between Monday–Saturday
• Willing to learn and follow our recipes, procedures, cleanliness standards, and food-safety protocols

Both part-time and full-time applicants are welcome. Flexible availability, including evenings and Saturdays, is a plus.
