Duties Include
- Handling personal injury files from intake to the filing of the complaint.
- Ongoing quality client contact.
- Working with insurers to resolve property damage/loss of use claims
- Sending rep letters, letters of preservation, and other client documentation
- Drafting demand letters
- Scheduling client medical appointments and requesting medical records and billing.
- Spanish fluency - speaking, reading and writing
- Minimum 3 years PLAINTIFF personal injury experience
- Knowledge of the injury claim process with insurance companies
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology with regard to PI injuries
- Careful attention to detail
- Ability to adhere to strict deadlines and prioritize tasks
$35 - $45 per hour
