Key Responsibilities
- Court filings/eFiling (State and Fed)
- Tracking SOLs
- Discovery - Propounding and Responding
- Reservation of Court Hearing Dates
- Preparing Subpoena Objections for Records / Depos
- Preparing Stipulations to Cont. Trial
- Organizing Team meetings (setting up and participating)
- Expert Retention
- Sending Experts any and all material for review, including their own transcripts
- Noticing Depositions / Subpoenas for Depos.
- Drafting CMC Statements / Initial Trial Setting Conference Statement
- Incredible organizational skills
- High proficiency with technology, including AI
- Minimum 3 years of experience in civil litigation
- Bachelor's degree required
- Must be adept in Office365, CA Code of Civil Procedure and Local Rules, and CRM/CMS
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required
