We are currently seeking a Spanish-speaking Urology Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our clinical team on a part-time basis to support our growing patient population in an outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities
As a Spanish-speaking Urology Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant, you will:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage urology patients in an outpatient setting
- Provide direct patient care as a bilingual provider, ensuring clear and culturally competent communication in both English and Spanish
- Assist urologists with outpatient procedures as needed
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging
- Prescribe medications and provide patient education within scope of practice
- Collaborate closely with physicians, fellow NPs/PAs, and support staff
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation
- Stay current with urology best practices and clinical advancements
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) program
- Active, unrestricted state license
- National certification as an NP or PA
- 2 years of urology experience preferred; strong and motivated candidates will be considered
- Fluency in Spanish (required)
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
