Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and prepare patients for exams in a busy medical office
- Record vital signs and patient history accurately in the EMR system
- Assist providers with exams, phlebotomy, and clinical procedures
- Schedule surgeries and manage pre-op documentation
- Educate patients on post-visit instructions and follow-up care
- Maintain exam rooms, manage supplies, and ensure cleanliness
- Provide consistent, compassionate healthcare to a diverse patient population
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and timely documentation
Qualifications
- Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) preferred
- 2–3 years of clinical or medical office experience required
- Experience with phlebotomy and direct patient care
- Proficiency in EMR systems and medical terminology
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills
- Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred
