Your Impact

Your Mission: The "People" Pulse

• The Face of HR: You won’t be tucked away behind a door, you will be front and center for our production heroes, answering questions about employee inquiries regarding timekeeping, payroll processes, and HR policies. payroll, policies, and benefits with empathy and a "get-it done” attitude
• Onboarding Orchestrator: Turn "new hires" into "team members" by managing a seamless onboarding process and coordinating closely with our staffing agency partners.
• Timekeeping Pro: Administer daily timekeeping, schedule edits, and compliance monitoring to ensure our team is compensated accurately and on time for both
• Data Guardian: Keep our HRIS as precise and updated ensuring every job change and pay adjustment is handled flawlessly.
• Culture Builder: Foster a workplace where safety and quality are second nature, and where every employee feels heard—even in the fast-paced, cool environment of a world-class facility.
• Agency Liaison: Coordinate with staffing agencies to manage assignments, time approvals, and reconcile invoices.

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience: 2 years in HR operations, employee services, or HRIS administration or customer service.

• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills; ability to connect with a diverse workforce.  Fluency in English and Spanish highly preferred

• Reliability: You are the person everyone can count on to be present and prepared.
• Detail-Oriented: A "do it right the first time" mentality with a strong handle on Microsoft Office (Excel/Word).
• Resilience: You thrive in a dynamic, fast pace setting that can quickly change and you never a dull moment.
