- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their inquiries.
- Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions efficiently, ensuring accurate cash handling.
- Process sales transactions using Point of Sale (POS) systems and ensure all sales are recorded accurately.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Uphold store policies regarding returns, exchanges, and payment methods.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance overall store performance.
Requirements
- Someone seeking NON-SEASONAL employment
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
- Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash registers is advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and 1-2 WEEKEND DAYS.
- A proactive attitude towards selling products and connecting with our customers!
We are looking for a KEYHOLDER with the availbility to work an opening or closing shift.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.63 - $18.00 per hour
