Responsibilities

• Open and close the store confidently, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately
• Supervise daily store operations, including merchandising, stocking, and cash handling
• Assist customers with product inquiries, provide product demos, and upsell items to enhance their shopping experience
• Support sales associates by supervising team activities and motivating them to meet sales goals
• Ensure proper use of POS (Point of Sale) systems for transactions, returns, and exchanges
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to create an attractive shopping environment
• Handle phone inquiries professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

Skills

• Proven supervising experience in a retail store environment
• Strong knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers and team members
• Ability to perform basic math accurately for transactions and inventory management

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
