What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physical Therapist - Rehab Services/Sister Bay Clinic -Full-time position at Door County Medical Center?
Plans and implements individualized treatment programs for patients with physical injuries, disabilities and disorders. Collaborates with interdisciplinary treatment team. Administers and directs the use of physical agents and therapeutic techniques used in rehabilitation and physical medicine as prescribed by qualified provider.
Education Required: Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association.
Related Years of Experience Required: One year related experience, preferred. New graduates welcome!
Credential/Licensure Required:
- Licensed by the State of Wisconsin as a Physical Therapist.
- Graduate of a physical therapy school approved by the State of Wisconsin Physical Therapy Examining Board.
- Certificate, Bachelor, Masters or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy
- To Apply: Must be eligible for licensure in the State of Wisconsin
- Current State License from an accredited program for Physical Therapist
- BLS Certification; Wisconsin Driver’s License
Shift: Working 40 hours a week, outpatient setting at the Sister Bay clinic.
