What are the responsibilities and job description for the Life Enrichment Assistant (Resident Activities)- Skilled Nursing Facility - Part-time position at Door County Medical Center?
The Life Enrichment Assistant is responsible for helping coordinate and participating in resident and family activities for the residents in the Skilled Nursing Facility.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Education Required: High School Diploma or equivalent or 2 years experience in Long Term Care preferred.
Minimum Related Years of Experience (per minimum education) Required: Experience in long term care setting desired, but not necessary; Knowledge of group techniques, recreation, community resources.
Credential/Licensure Required: CPR Certification (can obtain on the job)
Shift: Working 20 hours a week, Monday – Friday, with rotating weekends.
