Role Overview
The Operations Associate helps keep Donorlytics running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll jump into operations, onboarding prep, product check-ups, and team coordination. It’s a core role working directly with the founder where you’ll help shape the systems and structure that support the company as we grow.
What You Will Do
- Support day to day internal operations including admin tasks, scheduling, vendor coordination, and general team organization
- Keep internal company information organized such as vendor details, subscription accounts, tools, and access information
- Support people ops including recruiting coordination, onboarding, benefits tracking, compliance basics, and internal team organization
- Maintain internal documentation and build clean, repeatable processes
- Review the product regularly and share notes on anything that needs improvement
- Support customer onboarding by preparing materials, tracking steps, and helping create a smooth introduction to the product
- Provide customer support by answering questions and collecting feedback
- Support product demos by helping with preparation and gaining comfort with the demo flow
- Assist across teams with tasks that help the company operate smoothly

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, customer support, coordination, or similar work
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable learning new software tools and working in a tech-forward environment
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary: $45,000 - $55,000 annually
Compensation varies based on experience and location.
