Role Overview
The Operations Associate helps keep Donorlytics running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll jump into operations, onboarding prep, product check-ups, and team coordination. It’s a core role working directly with the founder where you’ll help shape the systems and structure that support the company as we grow.
What You Will Do
- Support daily operations including scheduling, vendor coordination, organizing information, and keeping workflows running smoothly
- Maintain company tools, accounts, subscriptions, and access details so everything stays organized and dependable
- Create and update internal processes and documentation as the team and product grow
- Spend time in the product to understand how it works, spot issues, and share organized notes for improvement
- Track meaningful developments in nonprofit tech, data tools, and AI and summarize insights that highlight strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities
- Monitor market movements such as pricing changes and feature releases and organize findings that support product and strategy conversations
- Assist with recruiting coordination, onboarding steps, and keeping team information organized
- Work with internal data by pulling usage information, organizing metrics, and helping benchmark performance against industry norms
- Support customer onboarding by coordinating internal steps and preparing accounts
- Monitor customer questions, route inquiries, and organize feedback and product suggestions
- Contribute to special projects involving research, organization, and operational support

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, customer support, coordination, or similar work
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable learning new software tools and working in a tech-forward environment
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary: $45,000 - $55,000 annually
Compensation varies based on experience and location.
