What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Donghee Alabama?
Summary:
Responsible for operating and maintaining the blow molding process and/or welding process equipment to ensure customer specifications are met.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: (Other duties may be assigned.)
1. Monitor blow molding and/or welding process and maintain all related equipment.
2. Perform any required repairs and maintenance on all production and utilities related equipment.
3. Collect data and maintain logs on all aspects of the production process.
4. Work with production personnel in recognition of process controls and problems.
5. Record all downtime and/or parts used on scheduled and/or non-scheduled work orders.
6. Perform preventative maintenance per scheduled work orders and written procedures.
7. Coordinate necessary changes (additions/deletions) to the preventative maintenance schedule.
8. Maintain and promote housekeeping standards.
9. Maintain effective quality documentation.
10. Submit and implement two suggestions per year as a minimum.
11. Participate in continuous improvement teams.
12. Perform all duties with safety as a high priority.
13. Support all quality systems.
14. Perform special projects as required.
15. Have working knowledge of ISO-14000 and support all environmental systems and the ISO-14000 efforts.
16. Maintain effective environmental documentation.
17. Responsible for all materials used in maintenance operations are recycled, used and disposed of under ISO 14000 guidelines.

Education and/or Experience:
Associate's Degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
Pay: $21.00 - $33.00 per hour
