We are actively looking for a Senior Contract Specialist to join our team — REMOTE opportunity!
📋 Role: Senior Contract Specialist
📍 Location: Remote
💼 Type: Contract
🔹 What You'll Do:
• Draft and file group & individual health insurance contracts (HMO, indemnity, self-insured)
• Submit and track electronic filings via SERFF with state Insurance Administrations
• Review and interpret contract language, mandates, and regulatory requirements
• Respond to IA inquiries, audits, and executive-level escalations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Government Affairs, Product, and Marketing
• Interpret benefits, resolve complex contract issues, and support RFP/RFI responses
✅ Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree required
• 5 years in health insurance benefits, product knowledge, or contract management
• Strong knowledge of health insurance products, HMO & indemnity contracts
• Exceptional attention to detail and written/verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
💡 Ideal candidates will have experience with SERFF filings, ACA compliance, and benefit contract lifecycle management.
