What are the responsibilities and job description for the US Package Consultant - SAP Concur position at Donato Technologies Inc?
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and setup of travel configurations, including class of service rules, preferred vendor integration (air, hotel, car), and travel assistant hierarchies.
- Translate complex corporate travel policies into automated system rules to ensure 100% compliance during the booking process.
- Serve as the primary technical liaison with Travel Management Companies (TMCs) like Amex GBT to ensure proper itinerary fulfillment and data flow.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Certification: SAP Concur CIP Certification (specifically for Travel) or SAP Concur Certified Associate status is mandatory.
- Experience: 5 years of hands-on experience implementing the SAP Concur Travel module, with at least 2 global rollouts completed.
Nice to Have Skills
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of the travel industry, including GDS (Sabre/Amadeus), TMC operations, and corporate travel software.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with SSO (Single Sign-On) setup, SFTP file transfers, and API-based integrations. Experience integrating Concur Travel with Concur Request for pre-trip approvals.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to use Concur Intelligence or Cognos-based reporting to provide data-driven insights into travel spend.
