What are the responsibilities and job description for the Training Support Specialist position at Donatech Corporation?
Position would require the candidate to be a W2 employee of Donatech.
US Citizenship Required.
Experience in learning content design and delivery preferred. Background in training organizations and adult learning theory required. Position will comprise both basic administrative duties such as: data entry and maintenance of the LMS, file maintenance and retention, creation and disseminiation of reports, troubleshooting issues and serving as the point of contact for a busy training organization under oversight from senior staff. Develops and monitors program, department and administration performance objectives. Participates in the development, implementation, interpretation and monitoring of program, department and administrative policies and procedures. Maintains program and department records. Performs other duties and responsibilities as required.

Communicate effectively both orally and in writing; 3. Exhibit sound interpersonal skills involving interfacing, coordinating and negotiating with company personnel, customers and suppliers; 4. Utilize computer skills to prepare appropriate reports and documents; 5. Make decisions using sound judgment while complying with policies, procedures, appropriate principles and applicable state and federal laws and regulations; 6. Analyze, evaluate, develop and implement processes and systems within budget and adhere to time requirements and schedule;
Background in a training organization, including LMS administration and Learning Content Design including above preferred skillset
Associates degree or Bachelors
