- Interacting with customers and providing prompt and courteous customer service to all customers in person or via phone
- Assist our tenured Sales Associates with all aspects of the sales process and customer service duties to enhance the customer experience
- Help with operational duties within the store
- Must be 18yrs old
- Works well with others in a customer service focused, friendly team environment
- Staying current on the latest data/entertainment technology and devices
- Working a variety of hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, involving occasional overtime
- Some retail customer service or experience preferred, but not required
