Don’s Dairy Supply is looking for a dependable, motivated office secretary to join our team in a part-time position with the opportunity to grow into full-time employment.
This position involves a mix of office work, customer service, and helping support the day-to-day operations of our busy dairy supply and service business.
Responsibilities
- Accounts receivable and accounts payable work
- Answering phones and directing calls
- Assisting walk-in shop customers
- General office organization and administrative tasks
- Computer-based paperwork, invoicing, and document management
Requirements
- Must be computer savvy and comfortable learning software quickly- Quickbooks, Excel, Word
- Must know basic computer functions including email, PDFs, file management, etc.
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized, dependable, and able to multitask
- Must be available to work between the hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Experience with bookkeeping or office administration preferred
Position Details
- Part-time to start- 2-3 days per week
- Opportunity to grow into a full-time position
- Pay based on experience

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
